Help with drives

I get the image to mount fine and install a program using it but from then i can't run that program with that cd mounted. Is that the normal or can you run programs off your virtual drive?

You have to give us more specifics. Like what game it is, then you can be advised according to the protection of the game etc.

But in short, yes you can run 99% of progs on your virtual drive
