DT4.03 - Freezes on first run

Hi, I have a problem with getting DT4.03 to run on my comp... I've just reformatted and installed winxp pro with SP2. When I install DT4.03 and try to run it afterward, it just gets stuck with the "please wait" message while it is trying to add a virtual drive. Strange thing is that it worked fine before i had reformatted. I have no idea what might be the problem although i do have alcohol120 installed with 3 virtual drives but i don't think that should affect it... Anyway, i end up ending the process from task manager but when i try to shut down, it just stops at the shutting down screen. When i reboot, Windows doesn't load unless i use safe mode or restore the last good configuration... If anyone knows what the problem might be, your help is appreciated!

I managed to get DT working by removing sptd restarting; then installing it, restarting; I then installed DT4.03 but it has some driver version mismatch error, which i fixed by reinstalling the sptd and then rebooting.
