SPTD doesn't "change" anything. If you can boot into safe mode, open registry editor (run regedit), then change "Start" value in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\sptd
to 4 (i.e disabled), then reboot.

and if you cant boot into safe mode, go to windows recovery mode and Delete sptd.sys in c:/Windows/System32/drivers, then boot into safe mode and delete daemon tools.
My only problem was that i couldnt boot into recovery mode, but that is fixed now.
