Updated Italian Language file for both versions of DT PRO 4.11.219 and DT Lite 4.11 according to latest enu.dll file posted by Alco.

Newer translation files contain both Lite and Pro strings. Normally you only copy the dll file to your lang folder, close Daemon Tools tray and restart it. Now in options there should be a button called language.

Salve ragazzi.

Vorrei sapere 2 cose : innanzitutto se le traduzioni italiane pubblicate sono per la versione Lite o Pro di Daemon Tools,e poi vorrei sapere anche qual è la procedura per installare la traduzione.

Io ho installato Daemon Tools Lite 4.10 e ho copiato il file .dll nella cartella "lang" ma poi non funziona...

CIAO ho 1 problema...oltre a nn sapere scrivere in inglese...ho il problema che dopo aver aggiunto il file ITA.dll provo a cambiare la lingua e mi viene fuori questo errore "Errore di accesso al registro" e mi cambia la lingua comunque...ma uscendo e rientrando dal programma ritorna di nuovo inglese...MI DATE 1 MANO PLEASE!??!?GRAZIE

Caro stocazzo, purtroppo non c'è soluzione per il tuo problema... DT non salva da nessuna parte l'impostazione della lingua e quindi è normale che ogni volta che lo riavvii ritorna in inglese.

L'unica soluzione è quella di abilitare l'avvio automatico, cosм DT sarа in italiano quando lo avvii con Windows, ma tornerа sempre in inglese se lo avvi manualmente dalla collegamento nel menu Programmi

Dear stocazzo, I'm very sorry to inform you that there are no fixes for your problem... DT doesn't save current language selection so it's correct if you see it in english again on every lunch.
The only workaround is to enable autostart option, in this way you will have DT in italian when started with Windows but in english when you manually launch it from Programs menu shortcut

You can write in your native language here, but we want you to write an english translation additionaly.

Sorry for my english. I'm new member in this forum. Can you help me for install translation italian language. I have downloads ITA.dll and sobstitute this at ENU.dll into folder c:\Programmi\Daemon Tools\lang; but this not run.

Ho scaricato il file ITA.dll e l'ho sostituito con il file ENU.dll, ma questo non é stato sufficente. Al momento il programma non si avvia in lingua italiana, segnalandomi che il linguaggio non é corretto. Potete aiutarmi? Grazie per l'attenzione

You do not have to replace the file, you just have to put it in the Daemon Tools folder and then choose the language from systray icon menu

Non devi sostituire il file, ma copiarlo nella cartella, poi selezioni la lingua direttamente dal menu che ti compare quando clicchi sull'icona di DT vicino all'orologio

He said /lang is in "Programmi/Daemon Tools" folder, so I think he has DT Lite and not DT Pro.

What version of DT Lite have you got? With v. 4.10 the file ita.dll posted in this thread should work fine, but if you have a previous version, you should grab the dll from the "Download" section of the site.

About step 3:
It should be somewhere as long it isn't in DT Pro lang folder (dont know about dt pro folder, but i would keep it elsewhere)

It is also possible explorer.exe still use old dll, so it is possible you need to use unlocker to delete old dll.

Hello quattrocch.
1. Download ITA.dll
2. Stop DTPro application.
3. Save ITA.dll in dtpro folder\Lang. Replace old ITA.dll (it is good if you save a copy of old ITA.dll somewhere)
4. Run DTPro
5. Change language to Italian.
That is all.
