BS while installing

Operating System: XP Pro SP2
Burning Software: Nero non updated to sp2
Anti-virus Software: Kaspersky
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

ok i tried it two times.

Everytime i tried to install d-tools i got a blue screen with something like scsiport.sys

the installation of d-tools is broken after the next restart and i get the error "no language support detected"

The other error i get if i try to reinstall it is the error 25002 kind

my enlish skill sucks so i can provide this infos also in german if there is a need.

Wenn dein Englisch nicht so gut ist, poste doch in Deutsch :mrgreen:
Check mal, ob du ein Minidump im Windows\Minidump Verzeichnis hast, wenn ja, mail das neueste an support@daemon-tools.cc, dann schauen wir mal.
Viele BSODs in SCSIPORT.SYS bei der Installation werden durch Starforce Treiber verursacht, wenn du also ein mit Starforce geschütztes Spiel installiert hast, de-installiere es und entferne alle Starforce Treiber, oder versuch auf den neuesten Patch zu updaten.
Was den error 25002 anbelangt, ist im common problems and solutions forum ein schöner Thread dazu - falls du damit nicht zurecht kommst, frag einfach. :mrgreen: Wichtig: Rebooten nach der Prozedur nicht vergessen! Sonst klappt die Installation von Daemon Tools nicht :!:
