Which of AMD 64 +4000 Series Names Is Best?

    The Sandiago, Clawhammer, etc.

Which of those is the best, I would guess the newest is the best with best core temp etc. But IDK which one is even the newest

Sandiego core is the best (and newest?). it's got great overclocking potential due to the fact that they are binned better.

although the new 939 opterons are nice as well and are worth keeping an eye out for.

The Best is MSI K8N Diamond (or any other new Product) with MSI GeForce 7800 GTX and AMD San Diego Core.

MSI Products habve a nice Feature called D.O.T (Dynamic Overclocking Technology) which Overclocks GFX and CPU to the best and only what needed is for games

              <-- Ownage ^^

If you want to buy a new computer, wait since spring 2006 and buy the socket M2 (supports DDR2)

                I think that a 4000+ isn't really necessary. A 3500+ is really good, too.
