I have used Daemon Tools for a couple of years now on my home PC, mainly for mounting ISO-image for use in DOSBox (an DOS emulator).
Today I needed to burn a DVD at work, but the promotional copy of Sonic MyDVD that came with my laptop required me to buy an upgrade if I wanted to burn a DVD from an ISO-file. But - it would gladly copy from DVD to DVD!
Daemon Tools was installed, the ISO was mounted, the DVD was burned, and now I am happily installing Solaris from a physical DVD
I had no problems not installing the Search Bar, and since this was work related, I have now registered my copy.
Now I have also read about DaemonScript and will go about creating scripts to automagically mount my CD-ISO's for use with DOSBox.
