Small problems

when I select the image to load. it starts to load the program when the game starts up the screen gos black and i get a message saying H.V. frequency overrange. i cant seem to find a way to change the settings on the game. is there any way for me to correct this?

Try to set refresh override in display drivers configuration, so it fits your monitor capabilities.

im not entirely sure how to do that is it in my control panel or some where else?
