Full DT Change Log please

I have a feeling that DT 4 Pro is around the preverbial corner...
When it does get released, it surely will be a landmark event! I for one can't remember when DT was first made public. It would be nice, just for nostalga's sake to see a full change log of of all the public releases there have been over the years.
Does anyone remember if DT what the first virtual cd software??
