Changes in DT 4.11.1 compared to the previous version 4.11:

- DT Panel now is optional
(it is possible uncheck "Enable" checkbox DT Panel during installation) - left double-click action on DT icon in tray is removed
- several new languages are added
- fixed several bugs;
