WoW fps issue...

Hello!
I would like to ask u, is there any way to increase my FPS in WoW? My fps is usually 8-15, but at boss fight it is 1-2fps, terrible.. I really cant play... Is that hardware problem? Or maybe software? Do wow addons effect FPS?

Here is my PC spec (what should I upgrade first? Low on cash atm) :

System Model: P4I45D+
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.26GHz
Memory: 768MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
Display Memory: 128.0 MB
Hard Disk: 80gb
All drivers are Up-to-date, OS reinstalled yesterday...

Video card is low-end, RAM needs to be about twice that (or more) and your CPU is a budget model. Short of some serious upgrades, I don't know how much you can do. I would probably focus on the RAM first, as WoW can utilize tons of it if you have it available.
