New version of Vdesk & BTEWin (2.39 / 2.30)

If anybody is interested, there's a new version available from my homepage.

This version features the following changes :

- Stardock ObjectBar toolbars are not hidden by default now, so it's not necessary to include them in the sticky list anymore.

- Importing/exporting image/batch file lists is fully supported now.
