Need for Speed: MW

Well, as some x64 users still waiting for DT4 64-bit.
But i have a question, did anyone tried to backup NFS:MW using DT4, cause it is really important for me, i have a lot of cd's and games often get lost, i backup my games.
Although, since i moved to x64 bit it is not possible, ihave to seek for a cd for an hour to play my favourite games!
Did NFS emulation suceeded,anyone?
