my post aren't displayed after i post but later

i noticed that when i do posts or replies on the forum, i cannot see my posts just after i submit them.
It's just when i come back later that they're finally available & visible.
Everybody get this ? or just me ?!
what can i do ?

thats because the forum is moderated, its up to a mod to deem your post worthy and then unhide it for the rest of the world to see

As evlncrn8 said, your posts needs to be moderated until you have posted 20 posts.
