The Sims 2 University Problem

Okay, i have a big problem with this Game.
Sims 2 without patch and expansion works for me without any problems. When i install the Expansion University it requires to patch the game and after this i always got this error and i dunno why because i tried this on another maschine and it worked but on my maschine it wont work. I installed Windows 32 and 64 Bit edition 4 Times the last 2 Days and everytime the same error. I tried the latest patches but still no luck. I tried from proper made Images and Original Disk but still no luck...

I allready called the Customer support but they hints i have allready tried like Update Drivers and deleteing the Temp folder etc.

Please disable safedisc emulation in DT and now it should work.

I dont believe it, such an easyway and i dump ass make it so hard with reinstalling, patching, downloading newest framework etc.

problem with sims University

I read previous posts, disabled safedisc emulation, but still can't install University. After CD 4 of Sims 2, on TSData\Res\Effects\effects.package I get Error, unable to install. After 20 tries, I'm beginning to get desprate.
I have tools 3.47 on XP. Can someone please tell me what options in Daemon tools should be disabled, and what can I do?
