Need help with COD2 Language

i bought call of duty 2 recently while i was on holiday in france because it was alot cheaper than it was over in the UK. The shop keeper said that i could do something to the files to make the default language go from french to english but i am now having trouble trying to make the language into english. If you could please help me it would be highly appriciated.

Try to remove the localized_french_iw**.iwd files. (Just copy into another folder). It should be no problem to change all the text into english. For Audio you have to try on your own.
