awxDTools Administrative Rights to install

Tried installing awxDTools and when it tried registering i get "You must have administrative rights to install this extension"

yes i am an administrator and yes i have also tried it under local Administrator user, ive rebooted and reinstalled

any other sugestions? or a more manual way to register?
