customer tag?

I bought both pro and advanced but never got a customer tag to link my account for the customer forum. can someone help???

dtpro v4.10.0215 and 19-10-2007 12:27 dtproStd,1 v4.10.0218. the email is the same for the purchase and the website. username are different though...
