Tell me more Performance - make an image

Hi

I've owned Tell me more Performance 10 with activation key, and i am tiring of carrying and using DVD all the time. I would like to avoid it.

I've tried to make an image of this DVD under Alcohol 120 but i have received reading errors. I can't solve it on myself.

Alcohol says it is StarForce Keyless(000000040) protection , which version? i don't know how to check.

i have used default options:

Starforce doesn't have defective sectors as a component of their protection system.
Either the sector check of Alcohol shows the wrong protection or your media has scratches/dirt on it.
Please check the 'Tell me more' installation folder with a protection scanner like PROTECTiON iD.

Nevertheless i suggest to also describe your problem in the official Alcohol Support forum.

Anyway after scanning the installation folder on my HDD i get:

I've been trying it since the beginning to use StarForce but the problem was in my DVD drive it is simply broken i did it on my sister's computer. And it has worked at once.

I have one more soft where both PROTECTiON iD and Alcohol 120 say there is no protection or protection is unknown. The software needs CD only to check originality. After that i can get Cd out of cdrom.

And i have tried some of the alcohol profile (laserlock, securerom) and at the end of the CD there are always reading errors .



Does anybody have any idea what kind of protection is it ?

if you upload the exe's and dll's to somewhere like rapidshare etc.., then i will have a look for you, it could just be a simple cd/dvd check which protection id might have missed (if this is the case i will update protection id after i check out the exe / dlls)

I have figured out it as well. It was secured by laserlock and it took me 20 hr to make an image But i succeeded.
