Help with install

I installed the program and got a blue screen. I removed the dtool directory and tried to reinstall the program. I have been getting errors that there is a conflict with names now.

I removed the keys in the registry for both dlls and rebooted. I still cant get the program to reinstall..


Can someone help me?

Ok i got it to install again. Now the problem is my system crashes everytime I install it. I get a blue screen

Now im seeing a Language not installed error.

on the core dump screen .. "blue screen"

its on the file

SCSIPORT.sys address F7324FFF base at F7310000



That might help someone ID this ...

I fixed this issue by reading further. I recommend you check
"UPDATE" of this software driver as recommended in this link below. Thanks admin for putting up with me
