I installed the program and got a blue screen. I removed the dtool directory and tried to reinstall the program. I have been getting errors that there is a conflict with names now.
I removed the keys in the registry for both dlls and rebooted. I still cant get the program to reinstall..
I fixed this issue by reading further. I recommend you check
"UPDATE" of this software driver as recommended in this link below. Thanks admin for putting up with me
