Ok. I have Myst 5. I know it has SecuROM, 7 protection.

I am a little fuzzy on how I make a backup... or if I can?

I am not sure what to do with Daemon Tools. It emulates the copy protection scheme, but how can I make a working backup? Do I make a virtual cd drive, burn an image using BlindWrite, mount it on the virtual cd drive and install it from that virtual drive with the SecuROM 7 emulation turned on?

Is it possible to simply copy the disc using some other software? I tried BlindWrite outright, but the disc doesn't work. Can I run it from the disc copy and point Daemon Tools to the cd drive?

    Thanks

Use Alcohol 120% for creating your image (with blindwrite it would work too). Start the image making assistent and enable the DPM option with high precision. Choose a slow read speed.
When you got your image mount it using DT and use a tool like AntiSecurom from the download section, CureROM or Sr7Stop for antiblacklisting.
    Then start the game.
