    How you created the image?
    Does it contains special characters?
Does the mds and mdf file has the same name?
If not mds/mdf image, which format?
Your Windows and Daemon Tools version?
Where is the image stored (e. g. network drive, internal ide/sata hdd, external hdd...)?

      Hi,
      I have the same problem.
Using DT Lite 4.30.1 on Win2000.
Files are .cue and .bin and .cue doesn't contain any special characters. Names are the same...
Got the image from a friend...
      Thx for the help...

What about creating the image of your original disc yourself?

You may need to edit the .cue file..

Hello, I was having the same issue as you, and I found out that I needed to edit the .cue file. When I received the image, I changed the name to a more descriptively name, what I didn't know is that inside the .cue file (Which contains the reference to the image, in this case .bin), It was set to the previous name that the .bin file had. So here are the steps:

After renaming the .bin file, open the .cue file inside notepad (Or text editor), and on the first line (FILE "filename.bin" BINARY), Change it to the appropriate name of the .bin file. Save it, and try to mount it again.

I hope this solves your problem.
