  • I need help with a problem, my computer won't detect any images I mount

Alright heres my sob story, I was playing Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos on my Dell Laptop that uses Vista (which I hate). I have a copy of Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos and the expansion pack The Frozen Throne. Both of my discs got damaged so I downloaded the .iso file for each disc, which was how I was playing warcraft 3 roc (Reign of Chaos). I installed it using Daemon tools lite by mounting the .iso images into my virtual cd/dvd-rom drive (F), but I did not install Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne yet. It had been a long time since I installed this game (Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos) so I figured that now would be a good time to install the expansion pack tft (The Frozen Throne). I mounted the image and no splash screen for the game came up, so I open my computer and went to my virtual cd/dvd-rom drive, which is the (F) drive, I opened the drive and clicked the installer the splash menu then loads up with a list of clickable options. I click the install option I type in my cdkey and the game installs. I then go to play the game by clicking the desktop shortcut then an error window comes up telling me to insert the warcraft 3 tft disc, and now it does the same thing for roc. Neither of them work now and neither does anything else I do I can mount the images and open up my f-drive and click the install option but when i try and play any games it says please insert the (game name) disc. I have tried re-installing both games but to no avil, I've also tried reinstalling Daemon tools lite and changing the virtual drives. Someone please help me.

Also the .iso files for both games work because I used these same .iso files for another computer.

Recreate images from original discs using SecuROM profile.

Pay attention that we do not have information how to start some specific software or games, especially as you downloaded unknown images from some site.

Also you can try to change the virtual drive's vendor, model and revision to something like your physical drive by right clicking on the virtual drive in Virtual Devices panel.
