I like my eggs scrambled with lots of cracked pepper and extra hot chilli sauce.

well...if you want to get an accurate sampling, you should taste several different brands of ranch dressing. Honey mustard dressing is good too, you might want to give that a shot while your shopping for dressing.

Hmmm, I'll have to carefully look at the dressings next time I'm shopping. I'd really like to solve the mystery of the taste of Ranch.

I've tasted this in Geneva and was quite suprised that it tasted really good with the meat. I was a bit suspicious about a heated sauce containing Roquefort cheese. Well I guess I'm overly suspicous of those mould cheeses anyway.

Nor we have this in France... what is there inside? (By the way if there's some blue cheese in it, it's called here "sauce au Roquefort", and it's used warm with meat...)

It's just another style of salad dressing, like French dressing or such. Kind of hard to describe. Here's a link to the Hidden Valley brand of it.
