Last question, why dtprotranslator can't create a dll anymore ? I try to save a modified file (dll or txt) and i only have an empty dll (size 2Ko)

I have the same problem with the translator, I think something is wrong with the ENU file wich causes this.

%s is a formatting command. Program will insert a string at that place instead of %s in runtime. Other most often used substitutions are: %d - integer number, %f - floating point number.
