It should be in installer where you select the components which should get installed when you move your mouse cursor on it as a description.

I have finished the Spanish translation using the new online method.

Thanks a lot for the explanations of some strings (for example the meaning of "B", "K", "M" and "G")!

If you want to create a .dll file, you will need files include in the zip file.
You need to compile the .h and the .rc to make the dll (i'm not sure), but i don't know what the .bat file do.

If you just enter the translation into edit fields and press "Save" that will be enough.
Resource file and header are for software developers.
