Sorry but there was a little mistake in the old dll. Please take the new one and update any mirror please

For translators, you can just add new strings in your 4.08 translated.dll

Add strings in 4.09 version:

1514, "Password required."
1515, "Invalid password."

64066, "Enter password:%0"
64067, "Check for updates%0"
64068, "Donation%0"

64511, "Compressed ISO images%0"
